    Cancellation: *Deposit and Cancellation Policy: 50% deposit (100% for 1 night) required at booking. Deposit returned with a minimum 14 day notice. With less than 14 days notice of cancellation there will be a $50 cancellation fee and the balance of your deposit will be applied to a future stay within 6 months of the original reservation date. IF you cancel with 72 hours or less, you will forfeit your deposit.
