   We’ve all been there. Call a 800 reservation number and you’ll be greeted by a robot thanking you for calling and to please hold. How many times have you navigated through all the menus and when you are finally connected to a real person to make your reservation, only to get disconnected? It has happened to us all and we have to call back to start all over again.
